INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chocolate (chips or a bar broken into pieces)
1 cup Avenidas coffee beans
DIRECTIONS:
Fill a small pot 1/4 the way with water and bring to a simmer
Place a metal bowl on top (or use a double boiler instead)
Add chocolate
Stir continuously until melted
Remove bowl from heat
Add coffee beans
Stir until coated
Lay down a large piece of parchment paper on work surface
Pick out individual beans or small clusters and place on parchment paper
Let dry for at least 1 hour before serving
Store remaining chocolate covered beans in an airtight container in the refrigerator!
